How do I book a proper FLEXIBLE economy ticket?
As above. For some of my travel I need to be able to book flights which are truly cancellable (not "cancellable with a 900 dollar fee"). I can do it in PEY. I can do it in Biz. But I cannot for the life of me figure out how I get a proper flexible ticket in Economy on the Cathay website. Any suggestions? I would be happy to just book PEY but it so limited for regional flights.
