The HVAC system was extremely loud, making it very difficult to sleep. The mini fridge was also loud. When I asked the staff to turn it off on my way out for night, I was disappointed to see that it wasn't done. It was late and had been pouring rain so I needed to wait for them to come and do it when I got back before I could shower and sleep.

At breakfast, there was no milk for the cereal. When I inquired about this, the staff said there wasn't any, so I basically couldn't have cereal.

But worst of all was when I took a shower, the water was brown as if rust was coming out (I actually hope it was just rust). It was disgusting. I will never stay at this hotel ever again and I am questing staying at a Hyatt again. Gross.

The hotel offered me 10k points for 20% off the reservation. Normally I would have taken the points but I'm not a Hyatt guy and the stay left such a bad taste in my mouth that I took the discount.
