Thanks for the information, sounds like a strange situation. I agree though that it can't be up to the member to re-interpret the terms. They are clearly listed as " including Reward Night/Free Night and stays booked through an OTA."
Any thoughts on whether I could succeed at this IC to get access?? I am booking through BA Holidays, there are plenty of other options but would certainly take the IC if could get benefits.
