I had lunch at Lodi NYC (Rockefeller Center) last Wednesday the $20 credit posted right after the charge showed up on my account a few days later. The card was processed tableside by a handheld scanner and showed up as a TST*.
I've also had dinner at Claud in the East Village (highly recommend) and it posted under the restaurant's name and not TST* so no issues in receiving the credit.
