I found this thread from last year and seems to be the most knowledgeable source for my situation that is confusing to say the least. I booked four economy seats from JFK to BCN on a LEVEL A330-200 through the Iberia/US website and added seat assignments. I booked back in October 2023 for a flight in July 2024 and just went back in to check on my seating assignment and the Iberia website is showing a 3 3 3 seating configuration for this flight but I am showing seats 9J, 9K, 9L, 10J, 10K, 10L as assigned (6 seats for 4 tickets). It is my understanding that LEVEL only operates A330-200 planes but Iberia site indicates this flight is a A330-300 but none of these seem to offer the 3 3 3 (A B C D F G H J K) seating in economy that is showing up when I try to "choose my seat".... so I am so confused. So confused I actually called Iberia CSR to clarify and he seemed confused as well but assured me that I have 4 seats together next to right window... SeatGuru shows a 2 4 2 configuration for both A330-200 and A220-300 but does not specifically have LEVEL as a listed airline. It was certainly cheaper than any other option but just hoping they didn't cram in an extra seat somehow. Every comment or photo I can find online points toward a 2 4 2 configuration but just wish I could get that confirmed and see an economy seat configuration.
