No it is not correct. I suspect that for some reason, the system does not recognise your number as OWE correctly. It has happened to me once before (out of dozens of IB bookings) and I have no idea what this one was an issue and not any other, but they managed to override the system when I called so if I were you, I would just try to call again and explain to another agent, as not all of them are greatly competent...
