A very early start for me this week, headed out to Krakow for a couple of days work.

After indulging in a delicious cinnamon & cardamom swirl pastry in the CX FLounge beforehand, I opted for the quiche as I could smell it cooking while we took off, I was happy I did. It wasn't hugely substantial but was very tasty - if you don't mind goat's cheese I'd give it a go. The caponata was spot on though maybe less breakfasty than some would like.

The croissant was a bit limp but that may have been down to the one picked by the IFM rather than them all being terrible. The chia pot was a bit odd - half chia pudding, half bircher, half rice pudding esque. I put some jam in it which improved it a fair bit. The fruit was very good, especially the pineapple!

Boarding started about 5 mins before usual T-30 but they boarded half the plane into the airbridge and then we stood around like cattle waiting for the aircraft to be ready for boarding, we were pushed back 6 mins early and arrived a hair under 15 mins early. Thankfully walked out of the plane and across the apron and didn't need bussing in.

I've ordered a KSML for the return so will be interested to see what it entails...
