Charging BA Gold card holder to select seats
I have a J booking on IB in April, booked and ticketed with IB. My BA Gold (Oneworld Emerald) number is attached to the booking. When I use MMB to select seats I am charged for this.

I called up to explain this and the agent checked the booking and said I was only entitled to seat selection 24 hours before. I asked them to confirm this was the case for OneWorld Elite members and Iberia Elite members and they said yes. Is this really correct? It's very frustrating
