Planning a trip to Bangkok for the end of the month as an example, the rates for a Deluxe between 28th and 1st and are:
- 15K
- 17K
- 28K (ha)
- 14K

Net result is I'll just stay somewhere else because I'm not paying that for a night unless it's Capella / MO...

I saw the same - the nights I have booked are at 10K, but a few nights before, the hotel is going for over 20K.
