Unhappy Missing Tier Points & Avios -BA Holidays.

It has now been almost 3 weeks since we returned from our BA Holiday and only the Tier Points and Avios for the outward leg has been credited, and not at the ‘Double Tier Points’ promotional rate. If / when added correctly the Tier points for this holiday should have elevated us to the next membership level.

The online form for claiming missing Avios does not work with my ticket number. I am always advised to wait 3 days until after my flight. Calling BA involves the usual frustration with voice recognition terminating the call after texting me a link to the none working electronic form, or more often than not to the all too common embarrassment of a web page which states the BA website is unavailable due to high demand.

I managed to by-pass the voice recognition by stating almost anything but Avios or Tier points as the reason for my call, and on the one occasion that I wasn’t told that they were too busy and to call back later, I managed to speak to a customer services rep. who agreed to follow-up my issue and that it should be resolved within 72 hours, it wasn’t.

Any advice greatly appreciated.
