To answer my own question seeing as nobody else was able to provide a response.... Al Safwa access is only available for purchase to passengers on J/C/D/I/R QR ticketed / QR coded flights. QAR650.00 per adult for up to 6hrs access.
P class (Business Lite tickets) plus a host of Economy fare buckets Y/B/H/K/M/L/V/S/N/Q/O/T/W QR ticketed / QR coded flights are only eligible to pay for access to Al Mourjan South (not Garden) which costs QAR500.00 per adult for upto 6hrs access.
