But does this work with the version on WeChat which seems to be the only one that translates into English? That’s my problem- the WeChat version seems to only allow WeChat pay (the one on Ali is the same, just with Alipay) and the DiDi proper app is in Mandarin only and seems to require a Chinese mobile number from what I can tell (I tried together with my Mandarin teacher the other day but we got stuck at the mobile number registration).

Might very well be that I am missing something, would be super grateful for any help!
