I just ran into this issue for the first time (no being able to book for more than just yourself using the Business option). Tried booking a flight for my colleague and I (he is also enrolled in the Business program under our corp account), but could only book for myself. Not a huge issue this go-around, but my spouse does travel on company business with me from time to time, and it stinks that I won't be able to get the extra LPs for their travel by booking it as a Business trip... because I won't book us on separate PNRs as she does not have status.
