Once you choose the airline, ask on the specific airline forum for best redemption tips. Eg if you get UA then consider LH saver fare for something like mco/tpa-clt-fra-waw/bud or whichever Eastern European destination you seek. You’d ask on ua forum on how to find the cheap award redemption. I’m not sure how you’d get to pbi to mco / Tampa or whichever Florida city near Pbi gets you with United just as the example.
