Currently in 18A (window, exit row, no seat directly in front). Is that the best choice for my preferences or is there something screwy about that seat (misaligned/small window etc)? In my opinion that's the best seat on the plane...tons of leg room and you can still put your carry-on under the seat ahead. The downside is the seat is a bit narrower as the tray table is in the arm rest. And it makes it harder if you need to get up, but I prefer the extra leg room and the feeling of greater space.
