You may well be right, but I don’t think it’s the member’s responsibility to second guess the terms and conditions of the program. I never book through OTAs and have no first-hand experience with this rule, but I had no idea that this rule might be a mistake when I saw it in the terms. If this was indeed erroneous, I assume it would have come up as a problem on occasion, which should have led to a correction. But this language has survived multiple updates of the terms and conditions since the Milestones were introduced.
