The schedule change we had, would have caused a misconnect to our connecting flight for which I purchased upgrades for. Only choice I had was to select new flights on a different day (did it online), so long story short, did not get the paid upgrade.
Guess, I'm going to call and see if they can just get me a refund of upgrade costs, as I can not get it to work on applying the ecredit to a new purchase since it shows zero value.
