In Europe, you will generally get nothing in terms of the Amb benefits and Diamond benefits when not booking direct. However, there have been some reports that lounge access through the milestone benefit will be granted. Overall, your mileage will vary, and these reports on the lounge milestone were posted a while back. Nevertheless, that seems to be the one most worthwhile to inquire about.
