I would say the inability to online check in is low risk.

If you can't you can always try going to qr at t4 in lhr to fix it before going to T2.

But its travel, these things happen occassionally and you should (as the boy scours say) be prepared. For some reason BA frequently want to check my docs before my lhr to krk so i get checked in but do not get issued the boarding pass. I never have that problem on other flights.
