Don't sweat - you likely can do it at arrival.
But some airlines/airports will request at check in - I can't rtemember any airport requesting in the last few years. BUT as in the thread above PI seems to have embedded the online confirmation in to their immigration process,
Others above record issues if you haven't complied. I have had no issues but my partner has been required to file again for departure. But not me with a UK passport. She has UK residency!

It is very easy. It is an e arrival card and since you do not need a visa all you do is fill it online and get the QR code and take a pic and show it to the airline if they ask for it on departure and arrival immigration in MNL.
Can confirm all of the above. eTravel really seems to be embedded with Philippine immigration. I had done this and didn't have to show my QR code to the immigration officer at MNL. It seems like if they scan your passport, they'll see if you've done the eTravel or not.
