I called and was told the same. As far as I know I never received the elite miles, and when I complained CO blocked access to my account. Have
been a One Pass member for 22+ years and it just gets worse.

I just completed a Sea-IAH-Columbia, SC-EWR-Sea trip - all booked at continental.com. The last two legs were just posted today and they only showed 50% elite mileage and no segments. The first two legs which posted on Saturday showed the appropriate mileage and segments. I called and was told the computer did not show this as a website purchase but since full credit was given for the first two legs I would receive full credit for the last two legs.
The credit showed up about 8 hours later.
