You should find the check-in opening times in Manage My Booking, though it's not consistently present. It's under Other Ways to Check-in. Assume 2 hours, though I believer BER is a bit longer. BER is a place where unfortunately turning up >1 hour to departure, even if HBO, is important due to potential slowness in security searches and Schengen emigration. Saturday shouldn't be too bad though.
