This is the menu from QR10 (8:30am LHR-DOH) from 8th March.

Being a morning departure, we had the breakfast after take off, and then the suggestion was to have the main meal about 4 hours into the flight.

Having just come from the lounge, a lot of people seemed to skip the breakfast, or have a cut down version.
