Was there last Saturday. Used PP through CSR to access. Was a really nice experience. We sat upstairs, and they handled ordering food and drink for us. Downstairs there were QR codes--not clear why they were taking orders upstairs rather than using QR codes too. Did have to go to the bar to get a cocktail, but they did bring us wine. Style felt very similar to the CSR lounge in LGA (not surprising, of course, since they have the same operator), though not precisely the same aesthetics.

Can't speak to the second and third questions, but to the first--call it minimum 8 minutes to the C concourse, longer if going to D. Will have to take the train for C, or walking + mobile lounges/train for D. Only a couple minutes if you're going out of the A gates though.
