Has anyone else tried it and if so is it working as intended and are you pleased with it?
I am quite keen to hear how sturdy it seems when you get it.
I still find I need to request a new bag tag every year because after so many flights, they break off. While I am sure this is much sturdier, I would still be a bit worried about that.
I mean, aside from that, I really can't imagine being willing to pay for one. I mean, it just doesn't really solve anything or make anything easier. If airports let you drop your bags on your own without stopping at the desk, then I might be willing to consider it, but at the moment, most airports I fly through still require you to see someone, even just to drop the bag. Maybe one day though... (when self-dropping the bag is common and when this type of device becomes cheaper)
