I'm going to https://www.etihadguest.com/en/my-ac...s-pooling.html and evidently there's supposed to be a form there to add my family member, but there's not. Five different browsers on three different machines (and two different architectures) and it's all the same.

Is there a secret qualification, e.g. can't be a recently created account? Is it actually currently broken? Is there a workaround?

(Goal: group the family, then transfer in AmEx MR.)
