And no changes to Canada access for elites, even if you were only flying say YUL-LGA-DFW you would have had access as well. Thank you for confirming that. After getting nowhere by explaining that I was connecting on to LHR, which is eligible, I looked at the other agent who came over and gave some some explanation about the different types of OW and repeated the AS Lounge+ thing. I know there are lots of threads here about misinformed agents (including this post), but how often is the computer wrong about access?
I will be submitting a complaint to see if Gemma Flint wants to send me any miles (no expectation that anything I say will actually reach LGA staff).
