If I was betting, I would bet on a combination of E75s, rotating planes from the mainland, and using one of the 738 cargo conversions (if needed, just do another one). E75s might let them serve ITO and MKK.
only problem with the E75 theory is HA's CBA clause that requires interisland flights
be flown by Mainline pilots. Pretty certain ALPA will make that a hill worth dying on during JCBA negotiations.
