The rest of the perks are probably a tough luck scenario, unless you get a really sympathetic hotel I don't know why they'd give you the upgrades/late checkout/breakfast etc.
Yeah, this is why I mentioned above keeping ours for now...just in case they get enough push back and change course on this. We have until July 20 to cancel and an AA miles backup that can be canceled as late as 7/24.
