For the CashPlus, I imagine if you bring the account positive and call in and ask, they can reverse the decision. I had closed my CashPlus once for about 6 weeks and then called to have them reactivate it, and it was very simple for them to do. So reopening closed accounts shouldn't be a difficult thing for the frontline rep.
Any ideas how this will effect the engagement bonus? Does it reset the counter such that if I re-open cash plus it would take another year from that date for the engagement bonus to post? Or will the engagement bonus post with the same timeline I had before?
