I had a significant schedule change the other day, and had to change to new flights online, which included one flight where I had purchased an upgrade to FC for myself and Mrs. HSVflyer. After booking the new flights, I recieved an ecredit for the former upgraded flight, that I can apparently only use when booking a new flight, not on upgrading seats on any current flight.

So I did a "dummy" booking to see what the value of the ecredit was (since it wasn't showing any value), and it has the term "open" on the ecredit thats in my wallet, and when I view the details it shows the value as "open". If I attempt to use it during the booking process, it shows a value of 0.

I am totally confused. Can someone help educate me on this?
