Wasn't particularly impressed on a recent stay. Platinum benefits of reduced parking charge ($25) and breakfast ($8 extra for the full buffet). No upgrade but I was able to get early check-in. Room was tired; magnetic stripe cards deactivated a couple of times and there were housekeeping issues (someone else's clothing left in the room; body wash not filled in shower). Public areas of the hotel are very good.
