The resort will run your card(s) for the charge amount you request, thereby reducing the entire folio (including the seaplane). What is up for debate is whether or not Hilton awards points for the seaplane charge. It appears they don't. I've never dug into my past stays to determine whether or not they do, fwiw.
Is this confirmed by other people as well? I have another chase card that I'd rather use just for the seaplane if you don't get the 34x multiplier on the Hilton Aspire card on that portion.
Also I had a random question as well. For this resort, when you use the restroom, do you to toss any toilet paper into the trash or are you able to just throw it in the toilet after using (like you do in the US)? I know a lot of island resorts have large warnings that you can't throw TP into the toilet due to their plumbing system...
