I'm staying in Korea and booked 3 different flight through GOL Smiles program.
- Flight 1 operated by AA
- Flight 2 operatted by GOL
- Flgith 3 operated by AA

AA Canceled the flight 3 and re-routed from direct flight to transit flight.
I contacted AA but they said they can't do anything because I booked AA flight through GOL mileage.
So I contacted GOL but they can't find my booking even I gave my booking code. Only Flight 2 which operated by GOL air is visible.
My last try is contacting GOL smiles but unbelieveably, all contact number which shown on website is not works.......

I tried
+ 55 11 550 044 410 Englished instruction for pressing some button and ask me to wait service agent and immediately disconnect.... tried more than 100 times
+ 55 (0) 300 115 7001 The phone only gets a signal and then disconnects
+ 55 (0) 300 115 7007 The phone only gets a signal and then disconnects
+ 55 11 450 60104 This is international call number they said but only portuguese are available.

I'm totally despaired about GOL smiles program that no contact email, not support english....and so on.
Anybody know GOL smiles contact number which is works ?
