I saw no seating chart for my favorite commercial ‘airliner’ - Aeroflot’s Antonov 2s! An inimitable experience to be sure! On one TO from a high altitude dirt field/groundhog mating pitch in one of the ‘Stans’. I had the cherished Seat 1B! The cockpit door latch was inop so I kept the door open with my foot, the better to keep my eye on the inhabitants. We took off, er, rather the ground fell away is a more accurate description, with the stall horn honking. Igor and Pavel were unfazed - clearly SOP. We had a lot of altitude to work with so I was unfazed as well. It must have taken them a couple of minutes to actually get flying!
