I assume you are not EK staff and you’ll be on an ID90 non-confirmable fare or something similar, and you’re trying to book through your employer?

If so, then I believe whatever you’re seeing is irrelevant, as loads only become available for staff travel a day or two prior to scheduled departure. Outside this timeframe all you can do is list for standby. Confirmation can happen as late as an hour before departure, depending on loads for revenue pax. YMMV, and I think there’s a couple of current staff on here who might give you more recent information.
