Another flaw with Google Maps is that it doesn't include flights in its domestic transit directions. If I search for ways to get from central Tokyo to, say, Matsuyama Station, it will give me several options involving trains which take around 7 hours but it will not suggest flying from HND to MYJ, and taking the airport bus, which takes around half the time and can be half the price of getting there by train.
