hotels aren't liable, usually they have signage out about it. Id file an insurance claim and have your insurance reach out to hotel mgmt company insurance to rectify
I know hotels are not liable and have seen these signs many times. I called my insurance right after making a police report.
However this is a major security fail at a hotel with several cars damaged so I did not know if the specific hotel should be identified for the benefit of others as I will never come back here with my car.
