No, certainly not breakfast . But perhaps skiing at a world class ski resort (HP Keystone, HP Park City) or excellent location (which is obviously different for everyone, for me HP/HH LAX and HP Ft Lee/GW Bridge fit).
HP and HH are some of my favorite budget properties.

We take a vacation to Dallas twice a year and stay 5 nights at a HH for only 25k points at a HH. We have a stay booked in April and it’s only effectively 20k points for 5 nights.

As for HP overall it’s a pretty tough brand for us to stay in just because the beds are so uncomfortable. However; we have been given suite upgrades and even upgraded to a Casita at HP Moab which was very nice when it was only 8k points a night.

I definitely don’t think staying in an area like Dallas that it would be good to stay on property for dining or other activities at all. There’s so much to do and eat in that area!
