I just called United customer service and they verified my seats for all legs, it doesn’t show on my the “manage booking” page but I’ve talked to two different agents who assured me my seat selection was there! Hoping the same case for you! I fly in 2 weeks so I can post an update here if any mishaps occur
Mine is showing up on my reservation, and has stuck for now. Hopefully yours stays as well.
