This acquisition brings at least one former Hilton family hotel back into the fold. Providence Biltmore was one of the first properties to join the then-nascent Curio Collection in 2014, but less than three years later, Graduate's parent company AJ Capital Partners acquired and rebranded the hotel. Though Providence is no doubt a college town, the Biltmore is something of a grand dame that was better suited under Curio than Graduate.
