Delta Diamond.
Trip BOS-AMS-AGP was KLM metal. Checked in uneventfully through KLM website, used Flying Blue elite benefits at AMS and when boarding flight to AGP.
Trip AGP-AMS-BOS is proving incredibly frustrating:
-KLM says journey managed by Delta
-Delta app says to check in with Transavia, but does not route me automatically to their website
-Find Transavia site, attempt to check in
-Check in fails at final step with an error message.
-Transavia (via WhatsApp and X) says codeshares cannot check in online, to go to Delta to check in
- contact Delta Diamond desk which sends me to Global Ticketing Support
- GTS tries to log me in, gets same error code I did
- GTS tells me to check in at the airport, where they say they believe there will be an elite line
I am gathering from this thread that GTS is mistaken. I would NOT have purchased this set of flights if I were aware of their reduced service for SkyTeam elites. I would have opted for AF instead, which leaves at an ungodly hour but at least is a real partner.
There are no SE+ benefits when Transavia operated, except priority security and the free luggage when it's a KL codeshare
