Assuming ba silver (ows) rather than qr silver (uwr) You can use quantas and cx in T3, just not the 'first' sections of those lounges.

Ba Silver does get you access to aa admirals club


Can i ask why you think only gold and ce gets access to escape lounge at man?

In truth silver gets you and a guest acess to the same lounges as gold at most airports across europe. Lhr , lgw, hel, mad and maybe bcn being about the only exceptions
