BA Silver gets you into any oneworld lounge that you would get with GGL for you and 1 guest, except:
- any lounge with the word 'first' in it
- The Chelsea and Soho lounges at JFK
- Concorde Room and Arrivals lounge at LHR

You do get access to all Admirals Clubs and AA Flagship lounges, including when flying US Domestic.

There's a couple of exceptions I'm sure but generally that covers everything.
