Looks like 2+ hours are the new normal. I asked the last rep why the hold times are so long (I waited 2hrs 30mins) and she said it had to do with many miles expiring end of March. I guess the recent devaluation doesn‘t help either.

This is the first time I‘m wishing for a Google Pixel which has the “Hold for Me“ function.
