I have the Citi Advantage Executive credit card, which earns one Loyalty Point for every dollar spent. In my AA Advantage account activity, there's activity that reads "CITI AADVANTAGE EXECUTIVE PURCHASES MILES ONLY" and shows me earning Award Miles, but no Loyalty Points. Anyone have any idea why that would be? Or who I should contact to rectify? I find the process for requesting missing miles not associated with flights on the AA website to be very user-unfriendly.
