I’m not sure I agree. It’s a casino property, and it’s not as black and white as “Room rate - breakfast benefit = negative revenue for Rio/Hyatt”.
Also, breakfast is traditionally the highest margin meal for restaurants. Eggs, waffles, etc are all very low cost.
I’d be willing to bet that many Globalists who stay, won’t touch hash house too.
