I just completed a stay at the Courtyard Nagoya as Titanium and can confirm that there is no free elite breakfast offered.

I chose a ¥1,000 per person dining credit and had to top up another ¥1,000 per person for breakfast. Additionally, the hotel charges ¥100 per additional bottle of water.

There were several other issues with the hotel, such as assigning me a room with someone else's belongings inside. I find it hard to recommend this hotel.
