I know mobile check in isn't possible (yet), but how about mobile check out? Thinking of checking in the day I am leaving Vegas (at like around 11am), check the room real quick and then start heading out. Will I be able to just checkout on Hyatt app/some other ways the next day without being there?

Also saw some reports saying breakfast has to be from 7am-11am. I wonder can I also just get to-go and then bill it to the room on the same day? Or would it have to be on the checkout date?
