Does anyone know if globalist breakfast includes gratuities for take-out orders?

Since Hash House is an independent chain, I assume they negotiated a certain % reimbursement from Hyatt corporate. But the tip has to go to the servers directly so I assume it's full value.

I don't see how this is sustainable. For a $22 room I can charge $100 at Hash House. At 18% the tip is $18 already.
